Watercolor Sketch - Fishing the Meramec

Watercolor Sketch - Fishing the Meramec

Watercolor on Strathmore Gemini 140-lb CP paper in handmade sketchbook. The sketch is approximately 6.5" x 8.25" (16x21 cm).

I painted this from a photo provided by a friend who took this during a recent fishing trip. He and I are working on a larger commissioned work for him, and this is a preliminary sketch / idea.

I'm also on Flickr.

I'm tagging you.... I've been reading your blog for awhile and hope you'll share some information with us readers ... only if you want to of coarse.

The rules of being tagged are:
1. Link to person who tagged you
2. Mention the rules
3. List 6 or 7 unusual things about yourself or quirky but boring, unspectacular details about yourself
4. Tag 6 or 7 other bloggers at the end of your post and comment on their blogs to let them know they've been tagged.

I mentioned you in my blog post today. Come by Landscape into Art when you have a chance.

I came over from Landscape Into Art, and I love your paintings--the colors, the subjects. Thank you also for mentioning not only the colors, but the kind of papers you use ... (I should try doing it on my blog, but I'm a little haphazard!)
