We were in the Knoxville, TN area, near Great Smokey Mountain National Park, over the Memorial Day holidays, and it reminded me of a trip we took to the park a few years ago. So, in tribute, I dug out a photo I took on a previous trip and did a sketch from the photo reference.

Fantastic! Looks just like the cove! I'm fortunate enough to live in Knoxville, so it's just an hour or so drive from me - and I'm going next weekend to camp there! You've captured the gorgeous light that drifts into the cove - perfection, indeed!
