It was a watercolor Christmas this year; I received two brushes that I had been wanting. The one on the left is a Winsor & Newton Sceptre Gold II #10 round sable/synthetic blend, and the one on the right is a da Vinci Harbin Kolinsky Sable #8 round brush. Both have excellent points. I have just tried them out enough to find that they both perform beautifully and hold a ton of water/paint. I can't wait to paint an entire painting with them.
